Episode 83: Donington Preview and a Tech Segment Re-Run
Posted June 22nd, 2007 by bob43:21 minutes (15.31 MB)
* MotoGP News
* Reader E-mail
* Donington Preview and History Lesson
* Lets Talk About Brakes
We've got some interesting MotoGP news, a couple of brief comments about the World Superbike races at Misano, reader e-mail, a Donington preview complete with history lesson and audio onboard lap, and a tech segment about brakes that is in no way whatsoever related to the tech segment about brakes that was in show #37. Oh wait, maybe it's the same tech segment...

Episode 81: Holy Cow, This is a Really Long Mugello Wrapup
Posted June 8th, 2007 by bob94:01 minutes (32.67 MB)
* Bob and Jules Mugello Wrapup
* Chat with Liam Shubert
* Chat with Chuck Aksland
OK, this show go ridiculously long, and that means there was no time for much of a Catalunya preview show. On the other hand, this show does have an interesting bit with Jules and Bob talking about how great the Mugello race was, followed by a chat with Liam Shubert of the Pramac d'Antin team and then a call with Chuck Aksland, manager of the Team Roberts MotoGP team. It's very long, about an hour and a half, but well worth the download!

Episode 80: Bob's by Himself Again, Doing a Mugello Preview Show, 1 June 2007 (41:54, 14.8MB)
Posted June 1st, 2007 by bob41:55 minutes (14.82 MB)
* MotoGP News
* TVU Networks website...hmmm...
* Reader E-mail, that's always fun
* Mugello Preview with Audio Onboard Lap
* A Quick Look at the Standings Going into Round 6
A bit of a hodgepodge of a show today and we're back to the NPR for motorcycle racing format, with just Bob on the show. There's an interesting website that I found out there you might want to check out, plus some news and commentary. Also, a blog entry from Kropotkin Thinks at MotoGPMatters.com is blatantly cribbed because it was really good stuff. We wrap up with a Mugello preview, including an audio onboard and a look at the world championship standings going into Round 6 of the 2007 MotoGP season!

Episode 79: Alice Grand Prix de Fwance Race Wrapup, 25 May 2007 (1:12:44, 25.4MB)
Posted May 25th, 2007 by bob72:44 minutes (25.41 MB)
* Bob blathers on about his track day
* Kurtis is goin’ to the show!
* Did Vermeulen have ringer tires?
* Bob and Jim Race talk about Le Mans
A fairly long show today, about 1 hour and 12 minutes. But it’s well worth the time! We start off with Bob blathering on about his track day, but then we move into some more interesting stuff like a news report that showed up on crash.net that Kurtis Roberts will be riding the Team KR KR212V at Mugello. Then we have a short piece about a newspaper interview from Japan that tells us that Vermeulen was using a new tread pattern wet tire at Le Mans. After that, Bob and Jim Race go on at great length about how cool the Le Mans race was, even if it was raining. We finish things up with a little bit more blathering.

Posted May 18th, 2007 by bob45:36 minutes (17.81 MB)
* Reader E-mail
* Chat with Liam Shubert about Shanghai & LeMans
**LATE BRAKING NEWS!** (Yes, I know it isn't spelled that way...)
This came in too late to make it into the recorded show, but Kawasaki sent out a press release that Fonsi Nieto will sub at LeMans for the injured Olivier Jacque!
In the show, Bob has a few too many beers and records a somewhat rambling commentary about the MotoGP points scoring system. After that, a phone call with Liam Shubert about the China GP and some of his expectations for LeMans.
